polyurethane waterproof coating is based onwaterborne polyurethane copolymer emulsion, which is prepared by modificationof a specific process. It has the characteristics of high elasticity of organicmaterials and good durability of inorganic materials.

Polyurethane waterproof coating is a kindof high polymer waterproof material with reactive wet curing film. It is madeof isocyanate and polyether as main materials, mixed latent solid agent,plasticizer and other additives by special process of high temperaturedehydration and polymerization. When used, it is coated on the waterproof base,and a tough, soft and jointless rubber waterproof membrane is formed on thesurface of the base through the chemical reaction between - NCO end group ofpolyurethane prepolymer and moisture in the air.

Water based, single component, coloradjustable, non-toxic and odorless, easy construction, environmental protectionpolymer waterproof material;

The integral jointless plastic layer withhigh elongation and high tensile strength is formed after brushing or filmforming, with good waterproof effect;

There is no joint in liquid normaltemperature construction, which is especially superior to the construction sitewith complex shape and structure and no open fire;

High solid content, good physical andmechanical properties, good water resistance, weather resistance anddurability, and can be used as exposed waterproof;

It can be used in toilet, bath, pool, wallwaterproof and repair engineering with excellent effect;

Excellent aging resistance, stableperformance under ultraviolet, heat, light and oxidation, and long service lifeof materials.

Construction method:

Base treatment: the base should be flat,firm and fine, the internal and external corners should be made into arc shape,the old roof should be cleaned of the original broken and bulging waterprooflayer and dust, the low concave and damaged parts should be leveled, theleakage goods should be stopped, the base should be flat, there should be noopen water, water outlet, grid joint and other special parts of strongadhesion;

Base coat construction: mix water andcoating section according to the weight ratio of 1:3, mix evenly and then useit. The use of base coat can improve the permeability of the coating to thebase course and enhance the adhesive force;

Paint application: rolling, scraping andbrushing are enough for construction. It is better to use the thin layercoating method for many times, and each painting should not be too thick.Generally, it is divided into 3-4 times of painting, with a total thickness of1.5-2.0 mm. After the coating is dried to form a film, the next coating can beapplied. The weak link should be reinforced with matrix;

After the surface of each coating is dry,the construction quality shall be inspected. In case of missing coating andbulging, it shall be repaired.

Application scope:

Roof: all kinds of old and new flat slopeand gutter cornice, especially suitable for waterproof and seepage preventionof irregular shape parts;

Floor building: waterproof andmoisture-proof finish of toilet, bathroom, kitchen, pool and external wall. Thedirection of one coating is vertical;

It can be combined with various waterproofcoiled materials or waterproof coatings to improve the waterproof effect anddurability;

Combined with SBS waterproof membrane, thewaterproof effect is better;

Underground buildings: internal andexternal walls, floor, underground tunnel, elevator hall, etc.

matters needing attention:

Before construction, the coating shall befully mixed evenly, and water shall not be added at will except for the primer,so as to ensure the quality;

When the matrix reinforcement material isadded, it should be pasted in the second coating;

It is strictly forbidden to carry outconstruction below 5 ℃ or in snowy and freezing weather, and other operationsshall not be carried out on the coating before the coating is dried. In orderto avoid damaging the protective layer and affecting the waterproof effect;

In order to ensure the waterproof effect,it is suggested that the dosage of the coating should be more than 2.5kg.

Packaging, storage and transportation:

Package: 20kg / barrel. Storage: store thematerials at a temperature lower than 40 ℃, keep away from the fire source andavoid direct sunlight for a long time.

During transportation, the sun and rainshall be strictly prevented, collision shall be prevented, and fire preventionshall be paid attention to. The storage period of the product is half a year.
