Long term sealing paste

It has strongadhesion to concrete base, stone, metal products and plastics, and hasoutstanding effect on sealing and waterproofing of kitchen and bathroom,balcony, internal and external corners, water outlet and various engineeringjoints.

Scope of application:

It is suitable for roof and exposed or nonexposed waterproof engineering. It has excellent functions such as strongadhesion with concrete panel, good elasticity, insoluble in water, impermeable,corrosion resistance, no flowing at high temperature, no brittle crack at lowtemperature, etc.

It is used for repairing cracks in variousasphalt concrete roads and buildings, as well as joint construction ofconcrete. It can be widely used in new and old roof, external wall, glass tile,mountain tile, metal roof, factory building, granary, warehouse, bridge,tunnel, civil air defense and other special complex waterproof engineering.

Construction method:

1. The base surface shall be flat, firm,clean, without open water, and the internal and external corners shall be madeinto arc shape. For the old roof, the original broken and bulging waterproofhouse and dust shall be removed completely, the low concave and damaged partsshall be leveled, and the leak proof parts shall be plugged first, and thespecial parts such as the division joints of the water outlet shall be pluggedfirst. The brushing procedure generally starts from the internal and externalcorners, then the vertical surface, and then to the large-area waterproofengineering.

2. In the primer construction, the waterand the coating are mixed evenly according to the ratio of 1:3, and then theprimer is used, which can improve the permeability of the base course andincrease the adhesion. The rolling coating is used in the construction, and thebrushing method can be used for thin layer and multiple coating. Each coatingcan not be too thick. Generally, it is divided into 3-4 times of coating, witha total thickness of 1.5-2.0 mm. The next coating is applied after the coatingis dried to form a film The weak part of the material should be paved with matrixreinforcement material. The product can be fully filled in the crack, compactedand leveled.

Attention:

1. The product should be stored in a cool,dry warehouse free from direct sunlight, and the storage temperature should notbe lower than 0 "C.

2. Temperature below 0C or humidity above85% is not suitable for construction.

3. Do not mix with other paints, solventsor powders.

Storage: unopened products are stored in acool and dry place for 12 months.
