STP Insulation Board
It is made of inorganicfiber core material and high barrier vacuum composite film by ultra strongvacuum processing and packaging technology. It is a class a fireproof, ultrathin, efficient and vacuum insulation material.
High barrier composite film: it is composedof fiberglass cloth, aluminum foil and multi-layer compact materials, whichplays the role of peripheral protection and fixation of STP plate. Core material: it is a combination ofmicroporous inorganic materials and a variety of additives, with stableperformance and no gas overflow under vacuum.
The purpose of STP products is applicableto the external insulation works of new residential buildings and publicbuildings and the external insulation renovation works of existing buildings.
STP sheet is made of multi-layer compositefilm with high strength, which has high air resistance. The air permeabilityper square meter in 60 years is less than 3.569. By placing 25g of metal matrixcomposite getter in each STP plate, the penetrated gas can be completelyabsorbed, and the internal pressure of STP plate is guaranteed to be≤10Pa within 60 years, while its thermalconductivity is basically unchanged within this range.
